Olivanna, a London-based skincare brand focused on natural ingredients and sustainable practices, needed a Shopify store that resonated with its young audience and facilitated effortless product exploration and purchase. My role was to transform Olivanna's online presence by addressing critical user experience (UX) issues, enhancing functionality, and creating a mobile-friendly storefront.

Challenges and Solutions

Challenge 1: Mobile Mishaps

Olivanna faced a significant challenge with their existing Shopify store: it failed to deliver a seamless experience for mobile users, a critical segment of their audience. Navigating the site on mobile devices was cumbersome, hindering product discovery and conversion rates.
